- Your personal data is processed based on:
a) Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the purpose of taking action at your request, prior to entering into a contract or performing a contract between you and the Data Controller.
b) Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations as the Data Controller under legal provisions, including tax or accounting regulations. - Your personal data is processed by us as the Data Controller based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the purpose of patient registration and issuing diagnostic results.
- Your personal data is processed by the Data Controller based on Article 6(c) of the GDPR for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement concluded with the Client, including ongoing communication and cooperation under the contract, as well as to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on us as the Data Controller (e.g., arising from tax or accounting regulations).
- Your personal data will be disclosed to other recipients, such as technical service providers (including providers of IT infrastructure), postal operators, carriers, and tax service providers.
- Your personal data will be stored by us as the Data Controller for the period necessary to fulfil the contract with the Client, and after its expiration, for the period specified by specific legal provisions, namely for a period of 20 years from the end of the calendar year in which the examination was conducted, in accordance with Article 29 of the Act of 6 November 2008 on Patients’ Rights.
- With regard to your personal data, we do not make decisions by automated means, and your data is not subject to profiling.
- Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
- You have the right to:
a) Request access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability to another Data Controller.
b) Object to the processing of your personal data based on the legitimate interests of the Data Controller.

- Your personal data will be disclosed to other recipients, such as technical service providers (including providers of IT infrastructure), postal operators, carriers, tax, and legal service providers.
- The data stored by us as the Data Controller will be retained for the period necessary to fulfil the contract with the Client, and after its expiration, for the period specified by specific legal provisions (such as tax or accounting laws, the Civil Code), including the period necessary for the protection or enforcement of any claims related to the contract
- With regard to your personal data, we do not make decisions by automated means, and your data is not subject to profiling.
- Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
